Sylvain Lagarde is Managing Director and Senior Consultant of Talentor France. He has started his career as pre sales engineer in Hong Kong for a telecommunication Nrm. In 1997, he joined Global One (which becomes Orange Business Services) in Paris as Product Manager. His role evolved to Product Marketing Director until 2003.Sylvain then decided to create PLES Convergence, an executive search company focused on Telecom, IT, Media & Digital, and has grown to average 6 consultants, and has achieved 550 assignments to date (from sales directors, marketing, delivery, operation to IT and R&D positions). He and his team particularly enjoys post-integration party with the customer and the successful applicant. He joined Talentor in September 2015.Sylvain is graduated from a top engineering school in France (Telecom Bretagne) in 1995. He speaks French and English.

Alexandra started her career in a Dublin based recruitment agency, where she spent 2 years recruiting IT specialists for clients such as Google and Salesforce.com. Since 2009, she has been working as an associate and senior consultant at Ples Convergence, working closely with Sylvain Lagarde. She has completed 100 assignments for customers such as Canal+, Airbus group, Publicis, Ericsson… She particularly appreciates seeking and Nnding the best Nt for technical positions, in Middle and Top management. Alexandra is technical and game addict, digital native, while loving customer and candidate intimacy around a glass of Cote Rôtie.Alexandra has a Master degree in Human Resources from IGS in Paris. In addition to her native French, Alexandra speaks fluent English.
