MSc. in Psychology (summa cum laude) at the Charles University in Prague, he has broad industry and functional expertise, ranging from C-level functions to specialization in the Nelds of life sciences, banking, and Nnance. Tomas has an excellent track record in international searches all across the globe. He is Quent in Czech and English.

Lukáš is the Managing Partner of Advanced Search Technology, a Talentor company that focuses purely on IT recruitment. Lukáš has more than 12 years of experience in direct search of IT candidates and he is a sound expert on IT labor market in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. He has completed hundreds of successful search and selection assignments, mostly at a senior specialist to top-level management level. Lukáš is Quent in Czech and English.
