In the near future the most significant change will be the reformation of the social and health care industry set by the government. The reformation will change the Health Care services to be more customer oriented and more effective than ever before. In addition, the reformation will answer to the huge dilemma of increasing costs of the public sector. The reformation of the Health Care services will change the role of the Health Care professionals which is why the leaders and superiors will have to be able to motivate the staff in order to keep them on board with the significant change process.
